Pretty pricey, very very slow service on weekday lunch time (over an hour, deep dish does take a while but it seemed longer... still than that, and our drinks were empty for thirty minutes), but polite staff, if seemingly understaffed. Food was okay intaste, for 30ish bucks a pie it tasted very middle of the road. A simple menu, not very inventive or wide variety ofchoices. Consider heartburn medication as well, even if it's unusual for you, it was for me. Read more
Somewhat disappointed in my visit to Giordano's. They show a full regular wine glass (12 - 18oz) of Sangria on their menu card,... but serve it in a Madeira glass (6 oz). I tried to explain this to our server, but he said it was the same thing. Like therepizza, but won't be going back. Read more
This place never disappoints. I always know I am going to get the best deepdish pizza in Chicago. The service is excellent... also. I recommend everyone come check it out. I ordered delivery from here for some out of town friends and it was very fast. 2 small pizzas and a salad were enough for our... group of six. The delivery man was super friendly and the online ordering process was great. Deep dish isn?t my personalfavorite type of pizza but this one was pretty solid. Definitely on par with Lou Malnati?s ? which is too far away for delivery.I would order from here again if I needed delivery for deep dish. Read more
I've ordered in the Loop, Pilsen, Midway, and more. I've had no-show pizza's twice from this location and average quality when... it does come. When I called to ask about it being an hour late, they couldn't find the order (#5072593). When they got themanager on the call, they told me they thought it was delivered (but we know the driver calls on arrival, and I never receivedone). To their credit, I was promptly refunded moments after the call (another reason to believe it was never made), and wasoffered a replacement order for free. I didn't accept because I trust them to give me a hastily (poorly) made pizza in anattempt to rectify their mistake and placate a customer. The only business they deserve are the walk-ins who don't know better.The worst of the chain, no question. Read more
Bought two dinners two nights in a row at this location. Waiters seemed kind of scarce. 6 in deep dish pizza I felt took way too... long. They put way too much tomato paste in the deep dish which kills the taste of the pizza more than any of the toppings. Read more
This is the best deep dish pizza I have eaten. I had a medium "meat and more meat" deep dish pizza and I finished it all. It's... not perfect. I think the bread needs a little work to make it taste better. That said, everything else about this pizza isamazing from the amount of cheese to the sauce and toppings. Service was also excellent for the dine in. It took around 45minutes to get the pizza, but the wait was one hundred percent worth it. I can't recommend this pizza enough if you have themoney to spend. Giordano's is killing it. Read more
I order here for the first time ever. I heard nothing but good things about it. I order a large deep dish with fries. I ask for... no cheese. What I received was horrible fries and a deep layer of cheese. With the hour wait time. I was very disappointed n Idid not have another hour to wait for it to be remade. I would not recommend especially if they get your pizza order wrong. Read more
