Popcorn is delicious, but I have to complain the awful service! Although I know my feedback or me might be not important to you,... I have to say my long and terrible experience here! I felt very angry and disappointed with the staff who was on duty duringthe noon on 11/13/2022! They are really really rude! Especially the lady who was working for taking order and packaging. I said?May I have 4 medium bags of mixed and 1 petite can of mixed please?? She even didn?t answer me and just started topackaging. But when I move forward to the counter to pay, my order was not what I told her. She gave me 2 medium mixed and 1petite. It was not a big deal, you still can make it correct, right!? But she didn?t admit her mistake, she began to mock me.She talk with the person who was in line behind me, she said I very remember what she order with a sneer and impatience on herface. Then she began to re-prepare my order very reluctantly. She took the wrong order again, she gave me 2 more mixed, and also1 petite mixed, the cashier told her I have already had 1 petite mixed here, then she was further intensified her rude. She saidwith the cashier what does she want just in front of me! I was really and very speechless. Obviously, that is a problem withher work attitude and did not listen to the customer's requirements carefully. How can she be so rude?! I understand she mightbe tired for working in an Airport, such a busy place. I was not requesting her to hang a smile face for the job, but I cannotaccept such a rude attitude. If you did not hear clearly or you think I didn?t explain my words well, why didn?t you doubleconfirm with me? Why didn?t you say anything? That is the basic thing to respect the costumers, doesn?t it!? She did not! Shewas more like discrimination! I love this popcorn. Whenever in Chicago or passing through O'Hare, I stop and pick up some. I usually get the Chicago Mix so I... can enjoy the best of both worlds. The cheese popcorn is very cheesy and the caramel is so fresh. The only downside is sinceit's so fresh, you need to eat it all within a day or two at the most. But its definitely worth a try if you haven't had it! Read more
