After competing in a show at the Copernicus center around the corner, I wanted to celebrate with friends and family and we... decided to come to the Gale Street Inn. Upon arrival, we requested a table for 8 and they made a rude comment about how “theynormally don’t allow that but made an exception” and sat us down. We were then joined by a few more friends and they refusedto accommodate the rest of us. We got up and walked out. Gorilla sushi across the street, although way smaller, happily sat usall and got us taken care of. Wouldn’t recommend Gale Street Inn to ANYONE, So much for a party of 14’s business! Read more
Very tasty food and drinks. Wonderful staff and a very cozy atmosphere. Overall a 5 star experience for me.
My bf and I came here last Saturday. It was his night to pick the restaurant and he'd always wanted to try this place,... unfortunately I'm vegetarian. I hoped to find something veg-friendly on the menu other than salad but no luck (understandable ata steakhouse). The kitchen, however, did make me the most delicious plate of pasta. Sometimes when I order certain dishesspecial, I can tell the person preparing it was kind of annoyed. Like, they just through the dish together as an afterthought.That, however, was not the case at Gale Street. My bf and I both had wonderful meals. It was pricey but for the quality of thefood and service, it was well worth it. We will definitely be going back (if the kitchen doesn't mind catering to me again????)! Read more

Was very nice for upscale steak and seafood. They changed the menu to burgers and Mexican food. The bartenders were... professionals and could make you any drinks now the have premix drinks. All for the upscale steak and seafood price. I am arepeat customer before COVID closed it. I will not be back. Read more
We enjoyed celebrating my recent birthday(Dec 12th) at GSI(Jeff Pk)…There is no better place we would rather be…Have been... coming to GSI for a long time —enjoyed EVERY visit….GREAT service, DELICIOUS food along with the PLEASANT atmosphere(bararea booth)….Thanks to George and Oscar for making this day special! I have to say, I thought it would be a fast food place, but it's a great sit down and fresh cooked meal place, pricey, but... definitely worth it, great atmosphere, great employees and service, a place you should check out and enjoy, definitely will becoming back! Read more
