This was a great find tucked in the corner of the Watertower Plaza Mall. Really fresh ingredients, and it only took about 5... minutes to get our food. This place change management and this guy will nickel and dime you like no other. It?s quite disgusting. I get times are hard,... but I rather you provide great service and get tipped rather be shady for extra bucks. Beware, this place makes up prices as yougo, the menu price will be wrong, the company price will be inaccurate, and god forbid you use a third party app. It?s literallywhat this man says. Extremely disappointed in this location. I love Freshii, however this location gives small portions. I ordered the Buddha Satay... and they were out of rice noodles, so I got quinoa instead. When I got my bowl it was only half full, and the veggies were mixedin with the quinoa making it look like there was more than there actually was. I?ve had Freshii several times before and therice or grain is always on the bottom and veggies are stacked on top, right to the top of the bowl. I feel like they did this tosave money on veggies. For $10.99 I expected way more than this. Now I did enjoy my meal, just wish I got the full size Iordered, I didn?t order a half size. Read more
Put an order in online almost 2 hours before their closing time. Called ahead to say that we were on our way since it was... nearing closing time... man on the phone said they never got an order from us. I gave him the confirmation number and said mycredit card was already charged (nearly $150, I had placed an order for my entire volleyball team). He said if I wanted toensure they got my order, I should have come in and placed it myself. We were at a tournament all day, that was not an option. He refused to make any food for the kids and said they were closing soon. He said I could contract corporate to "try to get mymoney back". So ridiculous. Great Freshii location, on a busy Friday all my friends enjoyed fantastic good roots bowls. Frozen yogurt with crainberry was a... delightful desert. The cashier was fabulous fast and extremely helpful. Read more
Do not order delivery from this place. Found hair for a 2nd time today, on an order that was incorrect. That yellow substance... between the 2 of 3 avocado slices is cheese and was just as disgusting in person, and was sitting next to a 12 inch hair. Thatwas a double order of avo on the bowl FYI. And if you look hard enough you'll see a tiny slice of avocado that they charged 2bucks for in the deconstructed wrap. Read more
Fresh fast food at decent prices. Although I do feel like before the new owners bought it, the portions were larger. Taste is... still good although once I did find some old wilted spinach in my wrap and was disgusted by that. They have pretty good coffeeand tea in the mornings at decent prices as well. Read more
The man who manages this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a wrap with chicken and it contained no... chicken. I asked for another one and he said it wasn?t possible but that he could refund my money. Fine. But I was on my lunchbreak and after 5 minutes asked him how long it would take.
