This 4-star rating is truly a misnomer, its a 4.3 on my scale. The italian beef was huge and dipped with sweet peppers. ... Definitely delicious, but I do have my favorite italian beef place and this was really good but not as good as my usual place. However, I actually came here for the Chicago dog and this was on point. This is a classic dog dragged through the garden whichwas fulfilling as well as filling. The tots and fries was crispy, hot, salty and delicious. This place was an incredible delight. The owner walks around with his grandson greeting every single guest and making them feel... like family. They have an area to color and you can submit your drawing to be hung up. The grandma is taking the orders and sheis so sweet. They said they have been open there for 15 years. The burger I got was cooked a perfect medium, but could've used abit more salt/seasoning. The fries were delicious, and very crunchy. This place is a bit small and has a louder noise if you goat a busy time, so it could be a bit easy to get overstimulated if you're not prepared. I knew it'd be busy so I didn'texperience too much anxiety with this restaurant at all! I never felt worried about being annoying to them, as they made everyperson feel 100% welcome. I had the Chubby with tots and had to get a Flubby as well because it was so good. Great bun, great pickle and relish, crunchy... and fresh onion, tomato and cucumber, just the right amount of peppers and celery salt. Possibly the best hotdog I?ve ever hadin my life and the best thing I ate in Chicago this short trip. Read more
Flubs is the best. The staff is always friendly and the food is so good. My favorites are the pulled pork sandwich, any hot dog... and the shakes. We live down the street and are regulars. They also have a rewards program which is nice! Read more
A good hot dog experience and excellent value for the dollar. The fries are top of the line Idaho and of course the Vienna dogs... make it really good. It's worth a visit for the experience. Read more
This is a great place to get a hot dog. My family tried a few of their hot dogs, including the Flubby, the Chili Cheese Dog and... the Chihuahua, which were all incredible. The tots were also very good. This is a super fun place to go and seemed very popular,as although it is quite small, many people were in and out in the time we were there enjoying our food. Highly recommend andhope we can visit again soon. Read more
