Great place to go for late night eats. The atmosphere isn't too bad, and there is a lot to take in. The menu is a little... overwhelming, which knocks it down just a tad, since with so many things, hard for dishes to be main highlight. I will say theblackened pasta was good! Our server was knowledgeable about the drink menu and had good suggestions. Will definitely come backfor more late night eats Read more

Fireside is a great option for good food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The indoor patio is a nice... touch, and drink options and specials do not disappoint. Good options on the kids menu as well. The servers here are well versedin the draft beer offerings, so if that is important to you then you should visit Fireside. We've used them for catering as welland everything was great! A great neighborhood establishment Read more

Haven't been here in years, and when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted with the Halloween decorations they had up. I sat near... the bar to watch the ball game and ordered a big lunch. The server was polite and attentive considering there was a lunch rush. The food was good. I will be returning to try out their other dishes. I would recommend this place. Read more

I met a friend here tonight for dinner. We had a couple drinks and dinner and everything was great. The service was very prompt... and friendly. The ribs were excellent and a very good size slab. The make your own mac and cheese was also excellent. Very largeselection of beers wines and cocktails. Definitely an old school place that's still relevant and still very enjoyable. Priceswere reasonable and I highly recommend. Great outdoor area to sit out and enjoy or relaxed atmosphere inside. It wasn't verycrowded inside but it gave us a nice opportunity to sit and talk without feeling rushed. I will definitely return and bringother people to the restaurant. And would be looking forward to trying some of the other dishes including their burgers andsandwiches. Read more

Oh, Fireside. This would have been a 5 star review if I had only kept my visit to brunch. My brunch experience here was amazing... - I had the breakfast sandwich and a life-changing banana cake (better than carrot cake). The service is great and the patio isroomy while also being cozy. Dinner was a lesser experience than brunch mainly because the food was not as flavourful. Theburger was not special, the fried ribs were small, but the blackened salmon salad was good. The plus to Fireside is they areopen later than most places and I wouldn't pass it up for some late night eats. Overall, it's a recommended visit for brunchand a maybe for dinner. Read more

This place is a Hidden Gem! Wonderful, independently owned restaurant right inside a wonderful Ravenswood Avenue neighborhood.... All of our food was cooked to order and was delivered to our table piping hot. I give this restaurant five stars! Read more

Cajun meatloaf??! Yes, please. It also had this amazing homemade marinara sauce on it. The garlic green beans were excellent.... The burger was great…even the rice had a good flavor. There is a decent selection of beer on tap and cocktail options. Servicewas good even though they seemed busy. We did not sit outside but they have a nice big patio out back and a few tables outfront. There is also a bar area with some high top tables. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here. I highly recommend thisplace. Read more
