This place used to have 5 stars for me. My guy and I would crave the gumbo, fried shrimp and chicken sandwich. We had been prob... 4 or 5 times just for those items. Last time we were there, the server explained that they had a new chef who changed ALL of ourfav's. The gumbo is now way too spicy (Always had zip, but now too much). The breading on the shrimp and the fried chicken isno longer light and fluffy, but extremely overbreaded (very thick). It completely changed the texture and ratio of the disheswhich used to be our favorite part. We both were sad when we left.
