Probably would not return. Didn't get greeted when entering. Prices were high in my opinion for the quantity and quality. I... could see if fries were included but they weren't. I live in the area and have been here dozens of times and while the food and service are good most of the time, I have had to... increasingly deal with the presence of loud, obnoxious customers, some having unnecessarily loud in-person or phoneconversations (om speaker because why not), cursing and all. I've raised this with employees and understand they already havetheir plate full but still, If I wanted this experience you'd find me at McDonald's instead. Read more

I?ve been going to this location almost since it opened. But it?s fallen off and I?m sad about it. What used to be a savory,... juicy and delicious burger has become a beef sandwich on a diet. The patties are now thin and dry, the cheese seems off-brandand they?ve seemed to remix the Epic sauce. It doesn?t have that good burger joint smell the way it used to when you walked inthe restaurant. Not to mention they don?t have peanut butter shakes anymore?I absolutely chose Epic Burger over other optionsmany times just for the shake. But they?ve lost me. Review Date: March 23rd, 2014 So just how EPIC! is Epic Burger? Well, not all too epic, actually. My dad and I came here after... visiting Shedd?s Aquarium and were hoping for some really EPIC!! food. What we got was decent food and some unsatisfied tastebuds. Now the food wasn?t terrible. But it wasn?t EPIC!!! It was just a bit too greasy and a bit light on flavor. We ordered ameal each and the total was about $17-19, so not bad for two people. But 5 Guys is way better, IMO. That is a great burger placeto go. SmashBurger even. Those are EPIC!!!! Epic Burger.. not so much. Maybe it will be EPIC!!!!! for you. Maybe not. Theyhave locations all over the Chicagoland area, so if you do want to try it for yourself, they are not too hard to find. The burger at this restaurant is definitely a good one. I ordered their cowboy burger, which is one of their favorites, and it... was so good. It's not the best burger I've ever had, but it definitely satisfied my craving for a good burger that day. I alsoordered their fries, but they were a little bland for me. I also ordered their chocolate milkshake, which I enjoyed just as muchas their burgers. I can say that this restaurant is a good spot because, aside from the good food they have, they also have avariety of burger choices, including their build your own burger. They also have a spicy and vegetarian option for theirburgers, which is really nice. They have a couple of sides and then different flavors of milkshake. The restaurant is alsoclean, and it has a lot of seats inside and outside, so it is not hard to find a seat. The staff are also very friendly,particularly the cashier. Also, the food is served quickly. The restaurant is also located in a nice location where there is awide and spacious parking lot. I definitely like their food, and I highly recommend their burgers and shakes. A must-visit,especially for those who really love burgers. Read more
The Fries were great and the chicken fingers were good. However, the Epic Burgers were smashed thin, nothing like the pics, and... horribly Dry, with crumbling crunchy edges! There was nothing EPIC about eating a burger with the consistency of fingernails. Read more
