My partner and I came here for lunch while visiting chicago and it was absolutely AMAZING!! The server was so sweet and kind.... She participated our needs and was very patient when we were placing our orders. My partner got the pulled pork sandwich (if iremember correctly) and I got the avocado chicken blt and we both got drinks! The food was soooo good . My partner got amilkshake which was like heaven and i got lemonade and it was one of the bests ive had!!! this place is definitely a go to ifyou have to come!!! Read more
Best dining experience yet in Chicago. Sat outside at one of the tables and Brittany was the most friendly and attentive,... constantly running back and forth to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredibly delicious, affordable, withbig portions. Can?t wait to go back. Read more
It was just OK. Pulled pork was mushy, ribs were good. Breakfast tray including bacon was just so-so. Chicken tenders were... nothing special and overcooked. Pulled pork tacos, corn salad and turkey BLT were good but not tasty enough that I?d make aneffort to come back. There are many better places for smoked food in Chicago, including my backyard. The experience wasn?tmemorable though the employees were very friendly. The interior eating area should be rearranged to move more or bigger tablesto the wall of open windows to maximize the view and breeze for people. Read more
Had the brisket sandwich. The brioche bun was ok but the meat was fantastic! Had the charred corn as a side. Had cilantro and... feta(?). Was tasty. I mixed it with the bbq sauce, which is on the sweeter side. Very nice! Read more
The customer service is great. The woman was nice, suggesting food for first timers and they were quick at serving as well. And... the food was delicious. 4 in our table no complaints. (I started eating the Brisket before the picture. It was so good) Read more
Tried Ellas BBQ tonight for the first time and was very impressed! I got the brisket sandwich and my friend got the grilled... chicken BLT. The food came out fast and it was delicious! The brisket on my sandwich was so tender and flavorful. I also lovedthe different types of barbecue sauce as well as the truffle fries that came with my sandwich! Breakfast Poutine w/ Brisket! Brisket Breakfast Tacos! Need I say more... Open @9am on a Sunday. Straight killing the barbeque... game like a boss???? filling and delicious every single bite was transferred from heaven to earth and lovely.
