The club has a nice workout space and equipment. The hair salon is a joke and the amount of divorced dads trying to act like... college kids is disgusting. A lot of ego at this place Read more

This gym is not the same as pre-pandemic. The number of classes offered has dramatically decreased by at least 50% and all the... good instructor are gone. They started offering more classes that you pay extra for, which are no better than the regularclasses. Also, most of those classes get cancelled 30 minutes for class starts. The food is terrible since the pandemic and withhigher prices. The nail salon is out dated, boring colors, very old techs that can't do designs or the latest trends. Thepersonal training is over priced. They have different levels of PT and tried both. There was no different in skill level butprice were significantly more for the "higher level". I put my daughter in swim classes for toddlers and it was an extra chargewhich I understand but the instructors wasn't really teaching water safety or how to swim. I enrolled my child in a differentschool that is same price but focus of teaching kids how to swim and water safety. There are too many other options for gyms inthis city for the same price. This gym is not what it used to be. I would not recommend. The only people that attend this gymare over 50. Read more

This is for the Salon, Tierra does the best fades I’ve had thus far. She’s also conversational if you want to talk and okay... to let the silence ride if you’re in a quiet mood. Highly recommend Read more

Nice club. Very comfortable. Enjoyed my time there. BUT, the billing/membership is a complete mess and there are lots of... mistakes. Watch your bill like a hawk. Read more

Poor member services and follow up. Had an issue with my account which took numerous follow ups and hours of my time to fix.... Eventually was able to have the issue fixed, but extremely disappointed with the service, staff just does not seem to care atall, even when the club makes egregious mistakes over and over again. If you're considering becoming a member take into accountgenerally poor service. Read more

Love ebc! It might be old, but it's big and mighty! Yoga glasses are A+... more challenging than many Chicago studios. The app... is easy to use and very convenient. Parking is affordable when validated. So many good things to say about east Bank! Read more

East Bank is that sanctimonious 48 year old aunt who thinks she's still hot but really should accept reality. Insane fees,... restrictive rules, aging bones, and a stuffy river north client base make this just a super fun place to work out. If theirsummer party has one rain cloud they stuff everyone in their ramada inn dining room downstairs instead of the pool deck. And ofcourse, mandating a vaccine of dubious worth for the privilege of membership in a creaky, overpriced, downtown used to be/hasbeen relic is just wonderful. Thank you guys, I already have a doctor, You don't get to tell me what to do. Read more

I was not sure what to expect at the East Bank Club (since it as a fitness facility). I thought .. a wedding reception at East... Bank Club .. really? It was excellent!! They have a cute room next to the river and the cocktail hour is up on the roof/poolarea with outstanding views of the city. Fun location and it works perfectly. Management keeps everything moving smoothly andthe food is delicious!! Great place to have a reception and/or party. Ray – The Connexion Band Read more
