If you ask for no ice they want to charge you 1.25 EXTRA for your drink. If you ask for less ice they want .79 cents extra. I... called corperate they said TWO MONTHS AGO that should never happen. Now they say that's up to the manager. If you don't ask foreasy ice then they will fill up the cup with ice and you get almost no drink. They are sleazy at this location. I used to really enjoy getting coffee every day, but this location ruined it. It feels like a waste of money and time every... morning, because they only make it right once a week. The first 3 weeks, the drinks were always perfect, so I don't know whathappened. I feel bad scoring it low, actually, but I only even gave it 2 stars for cleanliness and a few kind employees anyway.Nice people, nice store, but horrible coffee. I get the exact same thing every day and some how never get the same drink. Idon't think I'll be returning for a long while, and then I'll give it a second chance. I'll even update the review when I goback, because I really want this to be a location I come to daily. I returned daily since it's been open, because I thoughtmaybe workers just needed more experience still, but I'm unsure if that's the case. Read more
