I usually go here for coffee. I'm equidistant to this Dunkin and a Starbucks, and I prefer coffee from Dunkin. When visiting... today, it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. This caused a 10-minute wait to order, but I got my order promptly onceI ordered. Hopefully they can find another employee to work morning shifts, since I would much rather drink Dunkin coffee but Idon't know if I can afford to wait 10 minutes when I'm trying to get to work. I've seen other mornings like this, but there arealso mornings where there's no line and I'm in and out in under two minutes. Just be warned that there might be a wait. Donuts location through the app. This... location honored my order for free ? even though it was totally my mistake! Second time an item is missing from my order and I was not informed about it. I understand things might be out stock, but at... least have the courtesy to tell me. I don't care about the $2.99 that I left for that item, but I can get something else toeat! I'm not going back to this location! If you can't sell donuts change the business... It's a shame! Read more
