I love Dunkin & have always enjoyed the coffee, but this location needs some improvement. idk if Dunkin needs to pay these... employees more money or they need better training in customer service. I understand that everyone has a moment or two of notbeing in the right state of mind. All I want is my coffee without any attitude or sarcasm. Read more

Alright Alright this Review needs to be out there , alot of these reviews are pretty obvious bad customer service reviews also... alot of messed up orders reviews and even to the point Raw food sheesh ! But hear me out and see through another perspectiveearlier I came to the Drive- Thru and made this huge order right at lunch rush 12:00 PM the Food Expeditor Yesenia and also thePIC Natalia (sorry if I spelled it wrong ) were the only 2 people handling the orders but also what surprised me is how natalia handle the problem inside the store (A woman who was giving her a hard time but also stressing her out and giving our badenergy to the drive-Thru still gave her order) with 3 to 4 cars behind me and even to the point still maintained a smile on herface . Everyone has a responsibility to keep so if anyone who has nothing else but to leave a nasty review based on just a badexperience blame the franchise not the person , if you don't even have the Boldness to asks for their name yet have the right toleave a review means you really just aren't helping the issue just leaving a clueless lead on who to discipline,or who to blamefor the raw food or ,even who to sit down to remind them to learn from the mistakes made and also make better decisions while atwork that's it . This location is terrible, they never have anything you want. Who ever is in charge of inventory needs to be fired. Always... always always, they never have anything you want and they dont care. The orders are usually wrong also, missing hashbrowns (lessthan 6) incorrect orders (missing ingredients in drinks). I'm never order from here again i gave it too many chances and theyALWAYS mess up. Very rude staff , asked for a hot coffee and young girl gave me an ice coffee. Asked very politely that I asked for a hot coffee... not an icee coffee her comment was just - why didn?t you say anything when I gave it to you? Because clearly she just handed itand walked away. Even when she gave the coffee back I thanked her and just stated no need for side comments. Staff needs to havebetter training in customer care. Read more

Please take this franchise license away. They allow employees to hand out Raw undercooked food. They blame and fight customers... for raw food and refuse refunds for their mistakes. These young employees run all over the management and management let them dowhat they want. There is no repercussions for the mistakes they make. Since it is a franchise Call corporate to have thislicense revoked. Read more

This is a new ?Next Generation? Dunkin drive thru location by the Currency Exchange. Crew is always smiling as fast as they are.... Drive thru has a cool looking digital menu board. The new nitro coffee is smooth. Love the taste of the new ?Beyond Meat? plantbased sausage breakfast sandwich. Try the on-the-go ordering feature on your Dunkin app and just go straight to the pickup areato grab your order, so fast! Glad this new style Dunkin? is in the neighborhood. Little Village runs on Dunkin! Read more

Went to the new Dunkin Donuts across the street from my job where I'm working night shift just a little bit ago (8:25pm to be... exact). The first door was unlocked and the 2nd door was locked and the young lady stated that the lobby closed at 8pm, so Iasked how do I get coffee must I walk to the drive thru and she stated in a very nasty & unprofessional way that I would notserved in the drive thru unless I was in a car. I have never heard of such a thing. What if I don't own a car? I'm not allowedto drink my favorite beverage because I'm not a car owner. Shame on them and I'm a huge dunkin coffee drinker and I'm asenior. You come to a community and you don't advertise that your establishment is even open and then you have the ordasity todiscriminate against people who are not car owners. I will never return to this location ever again and they just opened maybe amonth ago. Read more
