Employees are rude, have a nasty attitude and coffee is full of coffee grounds avoid at all costs
They have really bad customer service. The women are always angry. They don't greet or say thank you. The food is not made... right. The one girl is always mad on the phone with her boyfriend saying the word Niger but she's even black. Also the women inthe morning don't wear gloves. I just came from the drive thru, and I ordered a large iced tea and a doughnut. I first notice after driving off that I did not... receive a straw or a receipt. I was not bothered by that since I was taking the tea home to enjoy while finishing work. OnceI got home I realized the tea was COMPLETELY SOUR! I have worked in the food industry and I know this comes from not cleaningyour tea urns daily. Since I didn't get a receipt I cant even take a survey online to share my experience with the company. Terrible, Manager on intercom was very rude and had a very bad attitude. when I drive up to drive thru window. I asked him... repeatedly can he repeat himself because I couldn't hear because my kids in the back were getting excited to get some donuts soI said I'm sorry but my kids are kinda loud, I'll go to front window so you can hear me better. I get to window were he looks atme angrily and says "what is wrong with you? I keep asking you what you wanted on your coffee and you said nothing" and Iresponded well I'm sorry I kept repeating myself as well about I couldn't hear you because my kids were too anxious for donutsand you're voice was very low. I went there in the morning and only the drive thru was open. I don't like to spend my money at places that don't want to... provide full service in poor communities. I grew up in this area. This Dunkin is the worse ever; I ordered a Carmel macchiato with almond milk a $6 cup of coffee, when I opened it, it was half... full, I also ordered a muffin, it was rock hard. I drove back twice, first for the coffee, and again for the muffin! Themanager apologized and gave me my money back for the muffin, but I drove back twice!
