This is honestly the worst Dunkin? Donuts in the Bronzeville area. I been to this location a few times and every time either my... coffee was made wrong or the lady with the glasses gives me a hard time. Today, I went into this location to grab some breakfastfor my son.. the lady with the glasses ask me to repeat my order several times and I did.. I noticed she rung me up for thewrong item and she rudely said to me that?s what I said and that she was right and I was wrong.. she continued to go back andforth with me about the order. She continued to yell at me in front a store full of customers..when I asked her for her name andthe manager?s information, she refused to provide the information and yell in the store ?he?s not here , he?s not here?.. she isvery rude and I will never spend my money at that place again. I have been in this location several times over the years, but these days the service is abismal. The gentleman that works there... doesnt seem to understand that we are in a PANDEMIC. Every time I go, me and my family have to FORCE him to wear gloves whenserving food. In addition to that he NEVER washes his hands prior to putting the gloves on even after handling money. I'm suremany others won't even bat an eye, but health is a major concern right now, more than ever. I won't be back. Read more
Visited today and the employees insisted I pick up my order from the register where a woman was already standing with her mask... under her nose. I politely ask them to hand it to me and they refused. I then explained the proper way to wear a mask and theygot upset. The Dunkin donuts employee should have told her to put on her mask properly. Friendly staff with quick service. A little more attention to cleaning and keeping napkins, straws and the like stocked would... make it more pleasant. Also frustrating that they don't currently keep decaf ready in the afternoons but I understand businessmight be slower than it used to be. Read more
The Hispanic female (with the glasses) employee at the 1400 E. 47th St that's working the register really needs training on... customer service and how to talk to people. I was talked to disrespectfully and basically brushed off because she got my orderwrong. Then the Indian manager didn't do anything to try and deescalate the situation. I've been patronizing at this locationfor over 6 years and not once did I get treated with disrespect like I did today. I noticed that this is a repeated offense forher when it comes to customers and I don't even want to say of color but it seems that she has a hard time talking to a personappropriately and management needs to address this issue immediately because nowadays in this day and time with everything thatpeople have going on in their lives since this pandemic no one is going to accept anyone's attitude like that!
