October 1st 2022 9:45 am is some of the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced in my life. Whoever the young lady is... working the drive thru had one of the worst attitudes I?ve ever seen. From the moment at the intercom until her sticking myorder out of the window before I reached the window. Then when I reached the window she didn?t even look my way. Terrible, unfriendly worker; probably the 'manager' since he was bossing the other workers around... He's short, heavyset with... tattoos on his arm. Since this place opened the bad service has been consistent...:/:( I'd rather say good things about people,though they haven't earned it!! Read more

If the stars could be 0! The staff is absolutely rude. This location will not be receiving ANY business from me. The manager... found it fit to "check" us on the fact that we could not have separate orders.... meanwhile we were all confused as to why wewere being disrespected for something we did not know. I had a terrible experience coming to this Dunkin donuts. They were very rude especially the manager. He had his employee on the... phone while taking my order and the manager yelled at me very rudely telling me to hold on numerous of times. They didn't get myorder right. They are very unprofessional. I heard the manager say that he's going to close the store for the day at around4:50pm in the afternoon. I'm also not happy that I couldn't go in the store because the door was locked ???????This is the lasttime I'm coming to this location. During my visit I didn't feel welcomed.
