Staff was okay but the food was so much better than everything else would recommend but not for everyone.
As I?m ordering/speaking the cashier decides to have his/her own conversation with the other employees around him/her instead.... Bad customer service, and out of everything constantly. Read more
The staff is friendly but something is always off when I get any food/drinks from this location. The bagel is over burnt, cream... cheese looks like it's a cheap brand (almost like cool whip), and drinks don't seem to be made correctly. I ordered a grilledchicken pesto sandwich today. The sandwich had no chicken and was completely plain on one side. It's gotten to the point where Imake it an effort to not go to this location unless it's only for a donut. I won't buy their drinks and I won't be buying theirfood after today either. Really sad for a downtown location. Read more
Went around 11am, lots of staff and quick service. They were out of some donuts but had enough selection to be ok. Drinks were... good as was the sandwich. Read more
The last three times I've been, they've been almost entirely out of donuts by 11am-12pm. They had maybe 2 or 3 total on their... shelves. The staff are nice and friendly but it's becoming a really unreliable dunkin to go to. Read more
This is probably THE best Dunkin' location when it comes to the donuts and coffee being fresh. I've been to plenty of locations... where the donuts taste like they're a day old. Not here! The coffee is also pretty good, although could personally take it alittle stronger. The service is also quick, and the customer service is good. Read more
The employees are extremely rude. The teller yelled at me to come forward and proceeded to be rude when I was saying my order.... The employee then threw the bag at me. Read more
