Reviews for Dunkin' in Chicago, IL
Work hard and always seems short staffed. Very nice.
Food that was made looked abysmal and items requested weren't provided. Lackluster service at best.
Nice little spot for Dunkin? it?s not to crowded it also is well trafficked. This location was closed for much of 2020 and... recently reopened. Food is fast but keep in mind they got some new employees. Treat them nice people remember they could easilybe on unemployment or living off of a PP loan scam that?s going on. These are honest workers treat them with respect if therewas a mistake kindly let them know. Read more
I just left here trying to get me something to drink and a grilled cheese sandwich that I thought came with the black Forrest... ham, well to my dismay that's not what I got first of all they forgot my drink and gave me this undone, meatless grilled cheesesandwich. There was no meat and the cheese was still cold and the bread was not toasted at all. You don't have enough god givensense to comprehend anything. I will not be going back there at all. Read more
You need to start to staff your locations better now that more people are returning to work downtown
Nice, clean place, but it descends into absolute chaos if there's any sort of a line. For some reason, when things get chaotic,... they stop calling out finished orders by order number, and instead just call it out by contents, which causes all sorts ofconfusion for people waiting for similar or same orders. Poaching and people ending up with the wrong variants can be common, resulting in still further wait times. Just use the order numbers. It's what they're there for. Read more
