The cashier's were polite and very patient.
This Dunkin is inside of a gas station and as a funny smell. I ordered a latte and paid and walked out only once I tasted my... beverage I realized they had given me a regular coffee. When I asked them if this was a coffee they said yes. When I told them Iordered a latte the workers started yelling at each other loudly and for a long while and then told me they'd make me a new onewhich I had to wait longer than I would have liked for. Mid morning stop for me about 9am. This is close to my new job so really convenient to stop in. Ordered a L black coffee and... toasted bagel and cream cheese. That's what I got, but, the coffee was burnt and the bagel was CHEWY, really chewy, I felt likeI was chewing bagel and cream cheese gum. I LOVE Dunkin, they used to be a customer of mine, and I'm going to chalk this 1 up toa 1 off bad day. I'll taste the coffee before I leave if I go there again. Read more

I drive a truck and go to alot of Dunkins. I always order a bagel with butter and hash browns. For some reason it?s usually over... toasted or barely toasted or soaking in butter or pretty dry. These guys got it perfectly and everything was hot. I appreciatesomebody doing their job correctly. Read more
