Not only did the overnight shift help the fella pull up into my mechanic shop but they SPRINTED back and came back to deliver... the guys order, the fella whose car broke down, they protect my shop in a 12 hour firefighter awaiting air support they had hotcoffee at all moments! Service was excellent. My car broke down in the drive through and the overnight workers there not only helped repair it, but... they pushed my car to a mechanic. Afterwards they ran my food down to the mechanic for me. I?ve truly never seen experience thisgreat, and I wish I could give more stars. Read more
I?ve never had an issue here. Always get my order correct. Workers are nice. Better than the DD on archer for sure.
I come here almost on a daily basis. Normally they provide excellent service. The last few times are questionable. I get tea... with 9 sugar 6 honey. They usually make it really good. The last 3 times I?ve had an issue. The first time I repeatedly toldthem I wanted honey at the speaker and when I got my drink they didn?t put it in. I had to give it back and have them put it inafter. The last time they didn?t put it in the tea, instead just gave me 6 packages to put in myself. And my most recent visittoday they just didn?t put any honey in at all. My cup says they did but I drink the same drink almost everyday and Can justtell that I got basic tea with little sugar and no honey. I don?t know if they think the customers can?t tell this from thetaste or if they just hired new staff that don?t care but this is not great customer service.. Read more
PLEASE train the new people how to make an iced coffee, ordered my coffee with cream & caramel & they did not put no caramel had... to reverse in the drive thru to get it fixed & STILL did Not get it right! This location is sadly not what it used to be Read more
They definitely get five stars! Went this morning and they noticed we had our two dogs with us so they offered a couple pup... cups. Now my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood. Also, Drive-thru moves pretty quickly. Read more

I love coming to this location, it?s always great service and it?s close to home. I?m upset the past two visits the man at the... window seems like he?s upset or mad and it?s twice now that I order 50 munchkins and I get 40. Of those 40, 10 I can?t eatbecause they are so hard and stale. What a joke, just say you don?t have enough munchkins. Read more
