One of the best dunkin I been to! I go to school in the area and usually stop by for coffee before my classes. Service is always... fast and the staff is always friendly. Big shout out to Lidia?she?s literally the best?always greets you with the biggest smileand always makes sure you are satisfied with your order. 2nd time they got a very easy order wrong. They need to better train their employees for the morning shift. Last time i asked... for a egg and cheese sandwich and they give me sausage. Today i asked for veggie omelet egg bites and they give me one withsausage. The same person. Read more
Poor customer service. Some employees are very rude and lazy. Ingredients are always low or out on the weekends.

It's such a shame that a nice newly remodel place could have such poor customer service... The girl that was there probably... didn't even want to work because she was mumbling the words with such bad attitude... This WAS hands down my go to favorite Dunkin Donuts, great drinks, friendly staff, great customer service and a clean dining... area. That however all changed within the last couple months! After I got my drink order today and tried it, I don't think I'llvisit this location again! I got a frozen caramel swirl coffee, it tasted like burnt coffee, there was chunks of what lookedlike coffee beans in it, it was barely blended (it was as if they made the coffee in the cup and added crushed ice chunks intoit at the end) and there was no caramel swirl flavor added. I'm sad that a once great location has now gone down hill the waythey have! Read more
Very rude girls that work there Amanda and some girl name Rosa go outside and smoke weed in the parking lot and people there... steal money and Veronica the general manager allows people like that to work at that Dunkin , they let go of a good managernamed Lidia she used to work good and she was a great manager but Veronica the GM rather have people who don?t work and don?tlisten there. Besides terrible customer service that Amanda and Rosa give out to customers I truely don?t recommend thisDunkin? Donuts until they fix there staff , I feel bad for the manager lidia who got unjustified fired besides she was alsopregnant very nice manager.
