Just went today and the service was absolutely terrible. He didn?t even look at me to take my order and had full on attitude. He... was rushing me to take my order and I didn?t even know what I wanted. When I asked for certain things he just ignored me andgave me more attitude. Good service when people are working but the manager keeps showing up late on Saturdays it seem and people want their coffee... early in the morning before work. Here it is 48mim after 5 and it's still closed when it is supposed to be open. Read more
Unacceptable service. Ordered my free Chicago white Sox ice coffee and employee throws the receipt towards me like if I?m... garbage. Was waiting for my coffee in the pick up section and there was a large coffee thinking she made a mistake because noone else was there waiting for a drink. Nevertheless, she said I grabbed the wrong drink but there was no other drink there. Sheaccused me of grabbing the wrong drink when literally that was the only coffee there. She keeps saying it?s my fault so then Itold her ok if it is my fault then I?ll pay for it. And she wouldn?t let me pay with card. She wanted me to pay in cash.
