This young fat Latino looking kid working the window at nights dropped my credit card at the drive-thru window and didn?t even... apologized for it. I was like not even a sorry for dropping my card while it was raining. If you hate your job why work there? Ibuy coffee everyday from that Dunkin location! I won?t go there anymore. I live right down the block and they never get the order correct.....terrible traffic and please put someone at the cashier that... understands and is not ready to argue. Girls in the back lookin at customers instead of getting the order correct Spending 30dollars and not getting the order correct anyone would be upset. Went there today ordered a coffee with cream, sugar and nutty pumpkin at the drive thru. After receiving the coffee and looked... at the label I realized it just said regular coffee with cream and sugar but not the nutty pumpkin. Drove back around at thedrive thru and asked the lady about it, she said oh I am sorry I added pumpkin instead of the nutty pumpkin in it. I said ok,started driving for about 10 minutes and tasted the coffee and had no pumpkin flavor at at all. I had my husband taste it alsoand he said that was a regular coffee only with no pumpkin at all, so they literally lied to me in my face ! Bad customerservice, lies and rude! Read more

HORRIBLE service! I?m a regular here, or was for that matter. I just left there on Wednesday 8/10 at 4:15pm without my order due... to how rude the girl was there. No cars in front of me at the drive thru. I had been waiting for 10 min at the speaker forsomeone to take my order. Within those 10 min I said hello 3x to ensure the speaker wasn?t broken as I wasn?t getting aresponse. I had no response all 3x so I drove up to the window to place my order. I didn?t get her name but the short hispanicfemale with darker complexion was extremely rude and stated I needed to order at the speaker. I only say this so the owner canidentify her. I told her no one responded when I asked 3x. She rolled her eyes and refused to take my order stating they werebusy and that?s why. Okay, I completely understand this, although it?s not difficult to say one moment please. She wanted me toreverse my car to go to order at the speaker again. I tried to, but the car behind me pulled up so I couldn?t. I told her this.I gave her my coffee order and she didn?t put the order in or take my money and rolled her eyes and said to meet her in theparking lot. I waited for 20 minutes and she never showed. I guess she just tells everyone this so that they can leave. Shecould have just taken my order at the window. I?m not one to complain, but the blatant rudeness and lack of service was uncalledfor. Frankly, she needs to get a new job as this hood rat should not be dealing with anything customer service related. I willbe forwarding this complaint to corporate. Not my favorite DD. The only reason I stop by here it's because it's the closest to my home. Though I've had plenty of ok visits, there will always be something wrong at times. The staff really take a while to even notice... a customer, they're not always rude but it is a coin toss depending on the day. I hate giving people bad reviews but this storehas to change either management or staff desperately. Read more
