SHORT INDIAN LADY!! SUPER RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT MISTREATS PEOPLE!!! Apparently she?s know for being... horrible! I?ve been flying for 13 hrs I came to this shop at Ohare airport around 2:45am there was an Indian lady sellingcoffee to other people before me. As soon as I walked up to the counter she turned around and ignored me. I was so thirsty n andasked if I could pay the 2 waters. She refused and with an attitude told me to go sit down. I asked her again if she could sellme the waters she repeated for me to sit down that I wasn?t her boss that she had donuts to put away. She started sayingsomething in her language very upset. I could have walked away with her possibly cursing me out. She was super rude and shouldnot be working there if she doesn?t want to sell anything to customers. Or she?s just racist. The short Indian lady was so rude, it?s only 4:49am on a Tuesday. She yelled at me when I asked for almond milk for my wife?s... coffee. I asked the cashier (cool guy) to run back the order because I wasn?t gonna pay $35 for two small drinks and twosandwiches. The short lady yelled back at me the total, they added and removed munchkins (I never even mentioned munchkins) forsome reason, and I ordered an iced chai not icy milk with pumpkin sauce. Short Indian lady was so rude. Tried to embarrass me cause I was pulling out exact change. Saying ?do you have money or no?? Are... you kidding me??? Who talks like that? The croissant was dry and cold. No care no customer service. Disrespectful behavior.Breakfast was not up to par. Busy or not. Deliver your best and be efficient. I am a Nordstrom employee. Dealt with Ariel and she was wonderful. I would give her five stars. Unfortunately we had been delayed/cancelled a bunch and had... food vouchers to use. Once I pulled out the vouchers her coworker at the next register loudly yelled that?s ?not happening? andbegan arguing with us angrily over our cashier who was patiently trying to explain the process, she even asked him to please lether handle it. Her coworker kept raising his voice and telling us he was the reason the line was moving and that we weremessing that up. Even after we told him we weren?t even ordering through him and would like to continue to order with ourcashier he kept arguing and instigating. I understand that this must be an even more stressful time for those working at theairports but he did his coworkers no favors and was completely unprofessional. Very rude cashier - she joked in Spanish about me to coworkers, laughed and made me repeat myself many times. I felt she was... doing this on purpose to make fun of me. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to cancel my order but she did not let me or refund mypayment. Terrible experience. Read more

I purchased here and wanted some hot water for my sensitive stomach. Staff said I needed to pay for it. To my surprise, this was... first time I heard hot water need to charge. A gentleman immediately paid my hot water. Thanks him! I provided my vacuum cup,but staff insisted on using a disposal cup. Bad experience! Read more

Great little spot. I just stopped by and grabbed a coffee. The order was correct and I was in and out in under 60... seconds. The restaurant no tables and chairs and is a takeout location. The staff was extremely welcoming and polite, andprices were an average of most Dunkin's. Not a whole lot more to report on this one... Read more
