I went here a couple of times and every time I order my same coffee they never get the size right or my order right .They always... seem to have an attitude when you kindly address your situation. This location is the only location where I have to repeat my full order to the person at the window when I'm about to pay as if... they forgot about it every single time. I literally make bets that they'll get my order wrong again and I usually win the bets.You guys need to be better with efficiency. Read more

I go to this DD almost everyday because I prefer them over anything else. The customer service here is horrible, no one smiles... or greet when you walk in the door and everyone looks like they are working in an establishment they don?t want to be at. Youdon?t want to work, don?t have a customer service friendliness and nice attitude?.you should find somewhere else to work. I?mdone with this particular location. Cooperate/Owners : retrain your staff and manager because she is just as nasty in attitudeas her staff. I see why they are all looking miserable and unhappy. Worst service I've experienced in any dunkin. I spend a lot of money at dunkin and just on this visit I spent over $40 and she... wouldn't give me more cream because she just couldn't.
