Went through the drive thru and got a latte with whipped cream. To my defense I am a regular ol iced coffee or hot coffee but... wanted to try something different. The associate was very polite and patient. There was no wait..I was in and out. DD for thewin! Read more
They spend to much time on the drive thru customers. Meanwhile there I was with three other people behind me waiting inside. One... girl was cleaning around the coffee dispensers righting front of us without even acknowledging that we were there. I had to saysomething about them taking our orders to get us out of there. You guys need to do better with customer service for your insidecustomers. Don't just have us standing there while there is applicable employees that can take our orders. Read more
Goofy girls in the morning were running low on iced coffee. So instead of changing it out they tried putting decaf in my iced... coffee that I ordered with 2 shots of espresso in it. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying for espresso shots. They remade it butended up giving me no ice when I asked for light ice. It's not rocket science girls. I went and placed my order at the drive thru one of my item was a bacon egg and cheese croissant WITHOUT CHEESE?. I get home and... the sandwiches is not what I ordered ( picture ) i called and spoke to a girl who i informed of this error she told me i wasable to pick up a brand new sandwich however i told her i was unable right away because i had to go i to work if later on thatday was ok. She responded with yes ?ILL LEAVE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME ON IT FOR THEN TO MAKE IT WHEN YOU COME BACK ?. I went backlater that night and told them of the situation and was told they had no note or knew anything of it , yesenia was very politeabout telling me this information, at this point its not about the 5$ the sandwich cost.
