Boy oh boy, what can't I say, let's start by asking, should this country's biggest donut chain operate with only one worker?... Absolutely not ! I walked into DD to get a cup of coffee and with that 2 bagels, which took 33 minutes in that time at least 8or 9 people walked out. When I got to place my order the attendant told me in a panicky voice I can't seem hot food, obviously referring to the sandwiches they serve there, . So I said, to make her work easy, like 2 bagels, plain, not hot, justthrow them in a bag. I grabbed my items and left, normally they have 3 to 5 employees, but there was just one and it's not thefirst time. Frankly I much rather go some where else. Read more

Would've been better if they monitor who takes what. Customer came up took coffee that didn't belong to him and brought back... when he realized what he did. Tried to hand it to me. But you have to realize COVID-19 is still here. No guest is wearing a maskand nothing was said. Read more

So, I've just left Dunkin donuts from 87th n stoney island. I was not satisfied with the no customer service from this young... lady. So walking in I ask the customer in front are you in line, they said we just placed our order. Cool I said, while walkingtowards the counter. The young lady walks away from counter after looking dead in my face. So Im standing here a good fiveminutes. She finally acknowledged me by asking is Im here for a pick up. I said no but I wud like to have my order place forjust one cup of coffee if you don't mind. She tells me yes sure let me finish taking care of them first...????....This is whatyou don't do. First rule of thumb is greet your customers, hello,good morning, I'll be right with you while you're deciding,anything that engages with the customer. Don't look dead at them then walk away as if they're not important. Read more

Such a good Dunkin staff. Never have a problem with them in the orders and they are always polite unlike any other dunkin.... That's why I give them 5 stars. Keep up with the good morals and manners. Good job! Read more
