I wouldn?t even give this place a one star with today?s horrible verbal abuse of the employee. Went in there for two simple... drinks just a coffee and cappuccino blast. The female worker that was there started to accuse us of having an attitude and allwe did was order two coffees. Apparently between ordering the coffee and her making the coffee we gave her some time of attitudeaccording to her. So she processed to tell us that we can go somewhere else. We were confused and decided to leave, as we werewalking to the door she started to belittle us and started making comments on our weight. That?s when I didn?t understand whyshe was making fun of our weight when she is bigger than my boyfriend. She even had the nerve to flick us off and stick hertongue out as we were leaving. Please help the employees here. Don't go in, it is just too much effort for them, especially for the young lady with very long... false eyelashes. When we walked in she just looked as it was all too much for her to walk to the till and asked what we wanted.Foolishly I asked a question, the look she gave me was if I had crawled out of a drain. But at least she gave me a look, becauseshe didn't give me an answer! The ordering process was tortuous, how dare I look at what items they had before I rattled offwhat I wanted!! We cancelled the order and left, it must have been the right thing to do, because it made the employees laugh.This made me happy as I did feel guilty about interrupting their day. So don't make the same mistake as we did, make their dayand just walk on by!! Read more
they forgot to take out the paper for cheese, 0 service literally the worst dunkin donut experience ive ever had
I went in this morning for coffee and donuts, sat down to enjoy and the wobbly table dumped 3/4 of my coffee all over me.... Weirdest experience! We apologized for the inconvenience of the cleanup but no one asked if they could make me another coffeein-fact no one even said a word. Went next door to 7-11 for a new coffee????Terrible customer service. Won?t go back! Dobetter!! Read more

Check out the new improved DD. So I'm guessing the brand is doing one of those regular general appearance and branding... updat This spot has gotten so so much better. I gotta say the changes they've made are greatly appreciated. - Security (thankgood) - Better Lighting (a world of a difference) - Larger Display Glass (looks delicious) -LCD monitors everywhere (easy on theeyes) - CLEANER! (the visibility upgrade encouraged more janitorial effort?) If you haven't stopped by to grab an OG CarmelLatte in a while; hold the venti, grande, and snobbery, you should give the one on Adams a look. There is a woman name Crystal and she is EXTREMLY rude, her attitude is beyond garbage. She is never pleasant and I avoid going... because of her and her attitude. Lord forbid you have to ask her for anything the annoyance is written all over her cara decaca.. (s#!t face). DD do better with your employees. Maybe she needs a refresher class on customer service adequate. Read more
