I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop! The manager is great and pleasing to work with. It's small but kept clean, the staff... is friendly, the line moves fairly quickly, and the donuts and hot chocolate taste great to me. Since it's right next to DePauland the Green Line train, it makes it convenient to get a quick pick me up before starting work. Read more
Great customer service! I had just gone to the dunkin in the depaul building and was treated horribly, so I left to get my other... drink at a different location and was shocked by how nice and sweet the one girl working was. 10/10 will go again. Items always out of stock, lattes always have to be made more than once. Giving this a 2 b/c it isn?t dirty.
The worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They never have anything that is on the menu, they make the breakfast sandwiches so sloppy... and nasty. They are never prepared. Super slow. Their oatmilk was frozen and still put it in my drink. I don?t recommend evergoing to this specific Dunkin. They also take as much money as they can get from you for the smallest things. Read more

I ordered a small coffee at this location! I decided that I didn't want the small so I cancel my order. He told me that he could... not give me my money back unless a manager was there in the store !!! I told him a manager should be on the premises at alltimes if they is what you tell your customers. After going back and forth with this unprofessional person he finally gave me mymoney back! As of this day 2017.06.30 he is still working there! He's heavy set dark hair and when he opens his mouth you willknow who and what I am talking about!!! My Guy call back to the store he answered the phone my guy told him what had happen andhe hung up the phone!!! My Guy then called back again and go a young lady she appologized for this poor unprofessional worker!!!I see him every day still being RUDE AND NASTY TO CUSTOMERS!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK INTO THIS PLACE EVER! Oh yeah he then told meWHEN YOU OWNED YOUR OWN STORE YOU CAN RUN IT LIKE YOU WANT TO!!! I won't for get how I was treated while visiting thislocation!!!
