They were out of small cups and option was I could pay for a medium when I don't ever drink medium size coffee. The coffee is water down. It doesn't have a strong coffee taste. They do not asks how many sugars or creams you want in the... coffee. They automatically only put one of each. This coffee tasted awful. Read more
This location on Lake between State and Wabash. Is nice, good coffee, when you ask for extra, extra,extra,extra cream they do... provide it. Would be nice if they could carry some milk in their pop/soda fridge. It's all juice, pop/soda maybe just one rowwould do. Read more

Not a good experience. The person taking the order was on her phone while taking the order. Waited 15 minutes for my drink to... get severed, and ask twice about my breakfast sandwich before getting it 30 minutes later. People after me got their ordersbefore me. It?s been good and bad experiences. Honestly the worst was when they took so long for my drink to be made when it turns out... someone else accidentally took it and then returned it and said ?I didn?t drink out of it? but that was a lie? Most people wouldtake a sip out their drink and realized. Anyway the worker just put it back behind the counter and when I mentioned I didn?t getmy drink they handed it back to me. How did I find out? I started sipping on the drink and felt something weird in my mouth likea piece of spinach? and it wasn?t mine as I haven?t eaten at all that morning?Every now and then they?ll be someone workingthat?s just straight up bothered ?I don?t want to take the register? after taking my order and having someone else step up, whywork at Dunkin if you get bothered easily?
