This location to me is horrible. I went in there today and I ordered a medium hot chocolate with french vanilla in it and when I... received my hot chocolate I noticed the top of my cup dirty. I asked for a refund and this location was unable to probably giveme a refund. I also noticed that this location doesn't change there gloves or have the employees were in hair nets. Maybe they were having a bad day, but everything was wrong. A disappointing visit.
This is a VERY good Dunkin Doughnuts during the DAYTIME hours only, with the main manger on duty. She knows her regular's orders... ALMOST to the letter. She is very good at negating problems and fixing just about everything. What I am angry about is theafternoon crew when the manager isn't there (the new kids) have no idea how to run a business. They have this extremely annoyingguy at the register who works there now. He has no idea what the number one (1) is. I ordered a doughnut, sandwich and twohashbrown orders. I got one hashbrown order, the sandwich, and he tried to give me two doughnuts instead of one. Then he tellsme "Okay give me $14.00 because I gave you two." The actual total was $13.42. NOT $14.00! I had to repeat myself several timesBEFORE he would take the dam thing out of the bag. I miss standards and LISTENING to customers so so much. I didn't even get thecomplete order! They forgot the second hashbrowns I bought two orders, one bag for me, another for a friend. At least thesandwich was correct. Read more
I come here almost everyday. They don?t make my coffee correct through the mobile app. You have to be in their face for them to... get it right. Love coming here they get to know your order by face. It can be annoying sometimes because I occasionally like trying new... things. The ladies there where always friendly the guys where often short. But you can also expect some excellent speed inservice. Read more
Great place! Convenient from the train! It's staff is good and efficient. They also try to get to know you.
Service here is excellent but I was harassed by a man here who punched my arm while saying an imaginary person was in front of... me and threw a cup at the air. He harrased the night worker and made me feel unsafe. Dunkin needs a security worker. Read more
