This Location Price Gouge... It's Always more Expensive than other Locations.... Snacking Bacon at this Location used to $2.49... now it's $3.99....Donut used to be $1.29 now it's $1.59 etc Everything at this Location has went up Tremendously,I'm VeryDisappointed...They are Taken Advantage that the are Open 24 hrs they are Very Convenient, Descent Service and Food.....But thePrices have become Disappointing. .Other DD Locations I go to the Prices are Lower and the Snacking Bacon is Always Way Below$3.00. I ordered a matcha latte in the morning, they handed me my drink and I ran to my bus to get to work. I did not check because it... was handed to me plus there was no customer before me. I get to work and it?s a regular latte ?which I can?t drink because I?mpregnant? I saved it so they can give me the one I asked and paid for. A old Indian women yelled at me in front of othercustomers that next time I need my receipt ! I explained I WAS NOT GIVEN ONE! Do I need to pull my transaction on my bankstatement to prove to her!! So I was yelled at in front of customers for there mistake! Are you serious! You gave me the wrongthe drink! You didn?t give me a receipt! This women should not be working with customers if she has not 1 percent of goodcustomer service! She also did not greet in a nice way! A hello I?ll be with you soon would of been nice! I went to another Dunkin and after walking away from the initial Dunkin, with my iced coffee, a couple sips in, it tasted like... bitter coffee, and something that belonged in the trash. I kept walking assuming I could go to another Dunkin and have anotherdrink remade. I arrived at THIS Dunkin and when I explained my situation, they brushed me off and told me to go to the originalDunkin where my coffee was purchased. They were about to close so to go back in that direction, did not make any sense. Theemployees there kept saying for me to go back to the other place?.. which was not something feasible. Either way, to not keeprambling, Dunkin customer service is TRASH, Starbucks would never?. I might consider not coming back to Dunkin again if this isthe type of service I?m going to get. Read more
My family and I went to Dunkin 'on Christmas Day. It was crowded, one of our orders was lost, and worst of all, the interior was... full of garbage, there were few chairs, and the tables were very, very dirty!!! It was a very bad experience overall :(( Read more
The worker Gary who works night is very nice. He works very hard. He makes sure all the tables and floor is clean. I have been... there in late afternoon and it is very dirty. Chairs all over, floor is nasty with stuff all over, dirty tables from coffee andice cream. Workers need to work on cleanliness in the daytime! Read more
