This location is incapable of providing the product that you?ve paid for. I?ve gone here half a dozen times and each time they... have gotten my order wrong. This was my last time here. Ordered 50 assorted. 4 types were on display. Received 2 kinds. Youwould assume you?d receive roughly 12 of each. Not sure why this is so difficult. Simple math. They just can?t do it. Steerclear. I walked into this Dunkin donuts to buy my morning coffee and was so appalled at how the manager was so rude to another patron... because she did not like her coffee that I walked out. I didn't get her name but clearly she hates her job and needs to bereplaced. Dunkin Donuts please retrain your managers. Read more
If I could zero stars I would. I only go to this dunkin donuts location because it's right by my job but I would walk 100 blocks... for coffee before I ever go here again. The customer service is horrible. It's the morning shift manager. I don't know her namebut she's some Hispanic lady and she's beyond rude. I went to ask for a different drink because the latte they made me washorrible. I was very polite and just said how I tried to drink it but couldn't and I didn't want to waste my $5 so I just askedfor something else. She gave me so much attitude and was whispering to the staff while making me another drink. She tookforever to make it and then sits in on the counter and walk away without a word. The drink was still poorly made and I stillwasted $5 by not drinking it. My experience would've been much better if the manager just did her job correctly. She's veryrude to anyone who comes in unsatisfied so they need to improve customer service by first getting rid of her. Read more

Absolutely the nastiest Dunkin donuts in the Chicago loop area. I WILL NEVER COME IN HERE AGAIN!! I have tried to give them a... chance over and over again but today I was actually really appalled at what happened. Now the male cashier that took my orderwas very professional and took my order great, however the cook in the back or on the side was terrible. I ordered a tomatoepresto sandwich with grilled cheese. He gave me the sandwich in a box that he had grease all on it ..... 1st mistake, I theninformed him I also ordered a pumpkin donut and could he please give me a bag because the box with my sandwich was so greasy. He goes to get the bag and drops it on the floor. He then picks it up and opens the bag to hand to me. WOW! I inform him Idon't want that bag you just dropped it on the floor. This place is DIRTY! The counter tops are dirty and greasy. Managementreally needs to take a better look and watch who they hire. He then walks away mumbling with an attitude because I chose not toput my $9 order (sandwich, donut and coffee) I had just placed in a dirty bag. The nerve, we are having an epidemic of Covidupon many other germs out here. Plese re-train your staff and make sure they know the importance of keeping a place of businesswhere people that work want to grab a bite to eat quickly CLAEN.
