Despite seeing me on a regular basis the same cashier/ manager has s problem remembering what I order but remember other... people's and speak to them, but I get treated poorly when I speak my order daily and get the same thing for over 2yrs. andwhen they still get it wrong and get a attitude with me, then the staff sit my order down while waiting for the othercustomers pick their order up form out of their hand, but I Still remain respectful this is horrible how I'm treated !!! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE DUNKIN' IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE THOMPSON CENTER. The employees are very fast and friendly! If you're a... regular they will start to recognize you while you're in line and start your order. (Which is nice because they usually have along line) My coffees are usually good, it can be a hit or miss with new employees but I understand. This review is for the dunkin donuts on the concourse (lower level) of the Thompson Center. I go here often around 8:30 when the... line is longest and they do an amazing job. They've never gotten my order wrong and are always pleasant and quick. Wish they hadtheir own respective page to leave this review on because they deserve it. Read more

This is easily on e of the best Dunkin Donuts that I've visited. Here on a visit with some of my friends from my dorm, we were... really craving something sweet. So we swung through this Dunkin as we were walking through town and I was really impressed. Thservice was great, and I was pleased with the food. The donuts were fresh, and my stomach was happy.
