Despite seeing me on a regular basis the same cashier/ manager has s problem remembering what I order but remember other... people's and speak to them, but I get treated poorly when I speak my order daily and get the same thing for over 2yrs. andwhen they still get it wrong and get a attitude with me, then the staff sit my order down while waiting for the othercustomers pick their order up form out of their hand, but I Still remain respectful this is horrible how I'm treated !!! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE DUNKIN' IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE THOMPSON CENTER. The employees are very fast and friendly! If you're a... regular they will start to recognize you while you're in line and start your order. (Which is nice because they usually have along line) My coffees are usually good, it can be a hit or miss with new employees but I understand. Khatija and Dina (I thinkthat's her name) are very very friendly and just wonderful taking my order and preparing my coffees! Read more
