Ordered 25 munchkins which were 8.50, didn?t have any and gave me one muffin to make up for it, did know a muffin was 8.50
Horrible customer service. Just witnessed a cashier getting annoyed with a doctor who was just asking a question about the type... of coffee she was uncertain if she should get. Cashier yelled at the customer, and customer embarrassed just said never mind andleft. It wasn't even busy just two people behind. SMH Read more

After ordering hash browns and a wake up wrap, I simply asked for grape jelly. One employee said she was busy and to hold on... (mind you the jelly is right next to her). After about three minutes she threw something in my bag. I work at northwesternhospital and it was close to the time I have to clock in. Upon getting to my department, I noticed there was strawberry jam inmy bag. I am allergic to strawberry so I went back and patiently waited to speak with someone. Again everyone is too busy tohelp. I asked a different person for jelly again and said that I was allergic to strawberry (all while the previous person thathelped stared me down) thus the reason for requesting grape. After calling me a lady, In witch I?m clearly a man, she says thereis only mixed fruit and strawberry. I then requested mixed fruit. As I am walking away she says ?there is still strawberry inthat genius?. Keep in mind I didn?t want to cause a scene and the real genius was indeed here. Mixed fruit contains apple andgrape. Mixed berries contains strawberry and other berries. I did not respond not let her know I heard the smart a** commentabout my allergies. My money will not go to this Dunkin or any others again. One star for the cashier that took my order.Otherwise find new staff members. Also at a certain time at night they play loud rap music so that you can hear it from Laurie?schildren?s hospital. It doesn?t matter how many workers are working they are still slow!!! Not to mention most of the ladies have a bad attitude. I... don?t understand how I put in a mobile order come maybe 10 mins later and my coffee or food isn?t up yet. Next I literally orderthe same thing every time (coffee wise) and it taste different EVERY TIME!!! That is not ok!!! Honestly the ONLY reason I gave 2stars was the manger she is very nice and correct whatever error. Read more
This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. The employees are rude, wait times are outrageous, and the orders are wrong. Ordered a sugar... free vanilla iced coffee and they put regular. They then remade the drink and added NO vanilla at all. I ended up throwing thedrink away. Will not patron this location in the future. Read more
