There was only two customers including me, and there were two workers when I came in on the same date as this review. One... appeared to be in training and was not too happy to be working, lots of arguing with the manager or supervisor. I waited about10 min for a latte. Then I stood there another 3 wondering where my croissant was. In the meantime two more customers came inand ordered sandwiches. I asked and the in training employee said my sandwich was coming right now. She made the sandwiches forthe other customers. I then complained. 25 minutes in total passed before I had my order. The supervisor gave free hash brownsto recognize my waiting time. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. DD is about good and fast. This was not at all fast. Read more

I have come to this location a few times and have never really had an issue. Today I placed a mobile order after 12pm as their... online hours say they close at 2pm. Location was already closed when I arrived a few minutes later. There was an employeecleaning and I asked through the door what time do they close. She just shook her head and kept looking towards the back. Storehours aren?t displayed on their doors, only showing what time they open. If I arrived after their closing time, that?s my fault. But the mobile app let me place my order after 12pm, indicating it was open. Read more

Like everyone else says this location sucks. Good luck getting your order in correctly even after repeatedly telling them.

This location never opens on time. They open at 6am and it's 6:19am staff is in, but the doors are locked. This happens way too... often. Read more

Alright, hear me out: Yes, the woman working the front was rude, and even grabbed the wrong donut while repeating my order back... to me, and yes, they ran out of coffee and didn't realize it until it was time to pour my order (not sure how this happens), butthese are symptoms - the problem that's obvious for anyone who's worked food service is this location is understaffed (needsmore than 2 people in the morning to run efficiently), and I'm willing to bet these workers are only paid minimum wage. Thecore problem is management / franchise ownership, the worker apathy is just the result. Pay your workers, staff your store sothey aren't overworked (just ONE more person during the morning rush, come on!), and perhaps people like me wouldn't be gettingthe worst Dunkin' experience at this location, and be motivated to leave 1 star reviews. One of the worst Dunkin? I have ever visited in my life. The girl who took my order was very rude that early morning and didn?t... gave me attention she gave me a cold coffee and hard as rock croissant and she was not even replacing my croissant with a freshone. My overall experience that morning was very bad and it ruined my whole day. All my money got wasted because I had to throwmy food in trash bin because of the cashier. Place like Dunkin? should have fresh food and hot coffee early morning and shouldtreat there customers well and politely. Read more

The girl attending this store was the worse example of customer service.when we came the place was literally empty jus another... single customer, we ordered coffee, croissants and orange juice to dine in. Table was dirty, I asked for a napkin to clean it myself, the cashier told me thg hhee was only one employee, which I knew, that is why I was willing to clean it myself. The place istiny,we were waiting for our order and no one called our receipt or told us it was ready until cashier screeched 3 COFFEES.i wento get them.the store filled up fast,we did not see the O juice anywhere,so I stood up to ask for it,cashier told me i had tograb it from the cabinet,(this was almost 20 minutes after we ordered) I told her " you did not tell us that when we ordered"she answered "I assumed you knew",I patiently told her " you cannot assume what we know" and sat down...at this point she made acomment and called me idiot. Several customers were there, but i decided to finish my breakfast and leave asap. REALLY? myexperience in other Dunkin donut places has been kind and pleasant. We did not needed to be scolded, yelled at and insulted atbreakfast on our vacation day. The scene kept in my mind for the rest of the trip. DD needs to train better their people. Iwould not recommend this place to anyone at least until that woman learns to treat people properly. Read more

Was in Chicago for a few days, staying a block away at the Congress and I took a stroll every morning to this Dunkin' Donuts. ... The staff was friendly and I was in and out quickly every time. By the third day, they knew what I wanted when I walked in. Read more
