I work at a dunkin and know the basic builds for drinks. Every time I order I'm always told that I'm wrong when they give me the... wrong drink. Today I came in and paid ahead for an iced cappuccino and came to a macchiato and when I told them it wasn't what Iasked for, she told me I was wrong and all she did was mix it and pretended she gave me another drink. I'd go anywhere else butI go to school here and it's the only dunkin I can go to without being late for class. It's aggravating to know they're wrongand make it seem like it's me. Read more
