Employees are great, fast, knowledgeable. Having 2 people at that location is not enough when it opens at 6am, this place needs... to be able to pump out product, not have customer sitting in line. Add 2 more people and that place does twice the business.Allow that place to take online orders it does 3x the business. Stop making it so hard for the employees there so the customerswill want to come back to get their order not sit in line. Its in the train station people are trying to grab their stuff andgo. I always have an amazing experience here. They always have my coffee and bagel getting ready when they see me coming in! They... get my order correct. The manager Vicky is great! She is a hard worker and she is always helping out as much as she could. Shereally does have America running on Dunkin. Read more
I arrive around 0610 each morning and have found the service outstanding; there are at least four people who really know what... they're doing and two who (for the past few months anyway), if one is at the register and the other in the back, I'm sure theorder is correct. Get food maybe once a week here; it's fast food and it is what it is without many pleasant surprises. Coffeeis right on the mark, though. Read more

Sadly to say that some people don't belong in these type of jobs. I've been getting my breakfast almost every morning. There are... MANY mistakes one being the wrong meal, only to realize it when I'm already at my office. The lines are terrible. I just don'tunderstand how someone reading a monitor put the wrong stuff and give it to the wrong customer. No! its not one time, I've seenis happen many times at this place. Here is another issue, there are times while standing in lines employees are having bigconversation about the outside world instead of paying attention to what their doing. This is the worst "attitudes and very ruderesponse to their error. I wont be passing up McDonald any more. I'm done with this chain of service. Read more
