Went in to order a few things using chase pay. Cashier denied me of service because she didn?t know if it was my account on my... phone that I was using. She proceeded to tell me to just use my card which doesn?t need to have a pin typed in at dunkintherefore how would she know that would have been my physical card. Do not buy your donuts from this place in the afternoon ... because they are delivered fresh only in the mornings. I bought 6... pieces on 26th Sep at 5pm and it went straight to garbage. When I called the location to tell them that the donuts were notfresh and tasteless, she HANGED UP ON ME. I called again and she told me the donuts are fresh and it was delivered "thismorning". I asked her why she hanged up, and she said why are you calling again; do you need a refund or more donuts? I told herthat I do not need any of the two and that I am calling to say the donuts were bad and should not be sold to other customers. Since I am in the neighbourhood, I will make sure none of my friends will visit this location.
