Before pandemic for many years it was all Indian crew, they were always fast and order always right on time, doesn?t matter... online order or in store order, after pandemic all of them are gone, not sure why, and new manager just not up to speed withorders, recent months my order were always late even I ordered online 20 minutes before. They make my drinks right when I place a mobile order. I always have to tell them my drink is missing whip cream. They are never... on the same page, people are always waiting 3-7 min for their drinks. I only go there because it?s the closest one to theoffice. Management needs to step up. Read more
This location is ok when they are slow. They can't handle busier times. Also received a breakfast sandwich with wax paper inside... it. Glad I didn't eat it. Often the app doesn't work for this location too. And they won't honor deals thru the app when you goin person to order. It's slow and the service and quality are highly variable. But, late at night while waiting for the Metra, beggars can't be... choosers sometimes. They do provide a service by providing a reasonable hot beverage for the ride home. Wouldn't be my firstchoice. It is what it is, so not worth complaining about. There is a McDonalds close by in the same food court. So, pick yourpoison. Read more

A bit of a frustrating experience. The man who took my order was nice, but I waited 10 minutes and was the only person there.... They didn?t even start my drink until I had been waiting for five minutes. Also, my frozen matcha is weirdly white on the top,so I suspect that it either wasn?t blended well or not enough matcha was used. Read more
