Worst Dunkin donuts ever!! Terrible customer service, seems like it's a family owned place and don't take things seriously, they... do not communicate at all, they make you wait to take your order. People only go here because it's the closest one to them. Ihave not once given a review anywhere let alone a bad one but this place honestly merits it. Read more

Really relied on them for a box of coffee and a bunch of donuts and got there an hour and 15 min after opening and the employees... hadn?t arrived yet. I dont usually leave bad reviews, and it took a few bad experiences for me to even leave this one, but one of the employees here... is consistently and hilariously incompetent. Today I came in and ordered TWO croissant stuffers, one order of hash browns andone medium HOT coffee. They give me the coffee within seconds, they even say out loud, "One medium hot coffee!" I look at thecoffee. It is an iced coffee. I look at the label on the coffee. The label says "1 MED HOT CFFE" I tell them, "excuse me thisis an iced coffee." They immediately snap back, "You TOLD me iced coffee!" I said, "no. No I did not. The label on the coffeesays it should be hot." They fixed it, but the attitude was awful. Then I got the rest of my order. Instead of the twocroissant stuffers I ordered I received one croissant stuffer, which clearly had not been fully microwaved. My hash browns alsodid not have any ketchup. And were also cold. It seems to me this employee was irritated with me because THEY messed up thecoffee, and decided to spite me by messing with the rest of my order as well. Look, employee, it's not my fault you messed up.Please don't take it out on me. This is not the first time I've had a similar experience here. The place is always clean and isotherwise fine. But it makes me sad to see such low level incompetence on display. Read more

I was going here everyday until maybe this week. TBH I was only going because it was the closest one to my job. I order online... every morning and go pick it up. And for me to order every morning... every day they get something wrong. And on top of themgetting something wrong everyday they have the worst customer service you can speak and they don't speak back. They don't sayyou're welcome they don't say thank you they have no manners they're really rude. So yesterday will be my last day going. Thepic below is of the tea that I order every morning and every morning they get it wrong. I wouldn't mind if there they havebetter customer service. They don't have restroom ? they have sitting area ? employees were nice. It was crowded. Parking not free you shoul use pay to... park? I couldn't find any 15 minutes standing zone etc? coffee taste was same ? Read more
