The lady working this morning was very sluggish and did not seem to look like she wanted to be there today. I ordered the bacon,... egg, and cheese croissant sandwich with a large order of hash browns and large ice coffee. First of all, the sandwich was verydry and old. The croissant was so dry and flaky that it just crumbled up. The bacon and egg tasted stale. And to top it, shegave me a small instead of a large. The ice coffee was watery and had no flavor. I asked for a receipt and she basically toldme that she couldn?t give one out. A total waste of time and money spent. I will not come back to this Dunkin? Donuts everagain. Read more
Tl;dr - Waste of time and money. Just walk to Starbucks and save your frustration with poorly trained employees. I would give... this place no stars if I could. This happens at so many Dunkins and frankly makes me tired of going to them. They *constantly*get my order wrong. Every time. They don't train their employees I'm convinced. This girls here are really sweet but in themorning when I too have things to do, why should I have to explain a menu item, literally above their head ? I genuinely thinkthese managers need to train or be trained better. Almoat ever location I go to people don't seem to understand what they areselling. I could be completely misinterpreting the manager at this locations demeanor but it feels lile they get upset even ifyou offer to pay for a mistake. This location is by far one of the worst. Their employees are rude. Today was icing on the cake, after paying to get into the... station I decided to turn back and stop by their window inside the stop. Which was open, an employee looked at me and walkedaway from the window as I was approaching. I assumed she was finishing an order. A different person came from the back and saidsorry this window is closed, you have to go out front. If that?s the case put a damn sign and close the damn window. I was craving some hot coffee, but due to health reasons I wanted a decaf coffee, however the barista refused because the whole... batch would just go to waist.
