Always a great place to grab a couple of donuts & a great hot cup of coffee! I come to this location 5 to 6 times a week.... Absolutely love their breakfast sandwich. I like that they have different flavors to choose from and that changes often so thatI don't get bored with the same selections. Sometimes they don't have the ones you want, but that is still understandable. Theiced lattes/coffees are always delicious. The worst Dunkin in Chicago, firstly they over charge the customer. They just give you old and disgusting snacks, even if you... are paying them outrageous prices. At least don't sell old snacks and throw them after the day... Kindly close it and dosomething else for a change... Read more

They never put the pumps I order in my drink when I order mobile. My coffee is always bland and definitely missing ingredients.... I had a coffee from another dunkin and the flavor was amazing since they actually put what I ask for. I'd rather go to thecoffee shop next door or Starbucks since I'm not getting what I'm paying for here. However when I order at the window I do getmy pumps, and I gotta give them a shout-out for being able to hear my order over the train noises. Read more

I frequent this location, & visit this store @ least 3 Xs per wk...I hate to give this Dunkin? a 3?? rating, bc I?ve never... gotten anything but good & friendly service @ this store....that is, until TODAY. It?s an excellentlocation?geographically?because not only is it in a very high [foot] traffic location, but it?s connected to theRed/Purple/Brown line stops, which is excellent for people commuting using public transportation. The downside is that it?s VERYLOUD right there, with the traffic, el trains, & (for some reason?) the never ending construction happening right there. Most ofthe ladies who work there are sweet, but also soft spoken, which makes it even MORE difficult to hear them. Having said allTHAT, I?d now like to share the experience I had there TODAY, which unfortunately, will be my LAST VISIT to this location. Iwaited my turn in line, & when it was my turn to order, I stepped up & ordered ?the usual? (AKA, the same exact coffee I havebeen ordering 2-3 times per day, for YEARS): a medium French Vanilla Iced Coffee, Cream, NO Sugar, with 3 pumps of the FrenchVanilla Swirl. She made my order, gave it to me, and moved on to take the next order. I took a sip & immediately noticed therewas NO SWIRL, but that she just used the Vanilla flavor shots (which is NOT sweet, but the swirl IS; that?s why I order NOsugar, bc the swirl substitutes the sweetness of sugar. Plus sugar isn?t great for you, and it also doesn?t dissolve in ICEDcoffee, so it ends up tasting like ur drinking kitty litter! ????) Anyways! I said ?Excuse me, miss? Can I have a few pumps ofthe swirl instead of just the flavor shots? It?s very bland?...Instead of just adding a few pumps to my drink & letting me go onmy way, she proceeds to take the next customer?s order, AND MAKE IT (which was like 5 different sandwiches!!), before comingback to tell me that she made it right & doesn?t know what I?m talking about. Food is fine. Tastes like every other dunkin but costs substantially more. I get two turkey sausage wake-up wraps which are... over-priced at around $5.50 these days. But at this location they cost $7.70. In case you don't know what this is, two turkeysausage wraps consist of two small flour tortillas, 1 piece of turkey sausage, 1 egg and 1 piece of American cheese. Sound likealmost $8???
