It's a Dunkin' Donuts. Service is usually pretty quick when there isn't a Cubs game. They are notoriously understaffed at this... location. Came here at noon on a weekend and there was only one person working. After they started getting slammed aplainclothes manager slowly walked out from the back. I'm a regular Dunkin goer but I went here and ordered 2 iced teas.The iced teas were filled to the bottom with ice and watered... down big time. Other locations will say "hey were low on tea can we give you one. They never watered it down like this. It'sjust clear brown water. Read more

I stop here everyday before work in the afternoon. I usually do online orders but when I don't they recognize me as a valued... regular. Their cafe is up kept, and the staff is always super friendly!
