FOOD CONTAMINATION. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. At this point this place should be reported. Worst Dunkin Donuts in the city and it... gets worse every time I come back. I try to keep my visits to this location at a minimum however, this time I had a simplecoffee and coolata order and figured they could handle that. They couldn?t. This staff is incompetent and unwilling to put inthe effort to make an order that requires more than 2 steps. If you order a coffee with milk, sweetener and/or an additionaltopping, best believe you will be getting your coffee black, maybeee with milk. The coolata order came out after waiting 20minutes for it with no communication from the staff as to why there was such a long delay. There was no rush, only two people inthe store at the same time as me and they got their orders before I got my drinks. But the worst part of my visit to thislocation on January 10th 2022 was the fact that a staff member had a real BEARDED DRAGON sitting on her shirt while she washandling food. This is an OBVIOUS FDA violation, imagine what else they contaminate on a daily basis. Read more
I want to start by saying that when I went in the workers DID seem overwhelmed. However it should not take 45 minutes and two... reminders to fill a mobile order. I placed an order at 8am and didn't get served until around 9:45am or 10am. After about 10minutes of waiting (25 minutes after I placed the mobile order) I asked when my food would be ready. After an additional 10minutes I asked the second time and they finally started preparing my order (which took even longer). Multiple people got servedbefore me... and for the same items I was waiting for. I watched as two people ordered the same thing as me at the counter andtheir order got filled before mine. I got a sandwich, an ice coffee, and one donut. My donut came out last...? I also asked thestaff if they were unable to fill my order if I could get refunded (to the gift card I used) and they refused. Extremelydisappointed by the service and how I was treated. They all seemed fed up with me but I was doing the best I could to be politeand nice even though I was getting upset. I come to this Dunkin? often because I work in the same lot and I?m almost always disappointed in how my order comes out. The... staff most day just don?t care and you can tell they just don?t bother reading you ticket whether you order online or in person.There are missing items sometimes and my coffee is hardly ever made correctly and I have walked back over to have it fixed a fewtime but it?s crazy how often this happens. I will say there is one really good young lady who works there, I think she may be amanager, who will make sure your order is right but if she is not there there is basically no hope. Read more
