You should put at least 6 -7 minutes aside if you have a simple order like a medium hot coffee. It took about 7 minutes for the... cashier to understand that I wanted a medium hot coffee w caramel. When I asked him to leave room for cream that took another5-6 minutes. He had no idea what I meant. If you have 15 minutes to order and wait for a dunkin coffee then this is the placefor you. If you are expecting to wait a normal amount of time for a coffee then go elsewhere. Read more
Stopped on our way out of Chicago for a quick breakfast. This is a Dunkin and Subway inside a gas station. The whole place was... very clean (including the bathrooms!). We placed an online order and they did make a mistake and forgot one of our sandwichesbut were very apologetic and quick to fix the mistake. Food and coffee was made perfectly! Great stop. Read more

This place is horrible, I come here alot and especially the cashier ?TRESANAY B. She is so rude and unfriendly. I walk... in and she was on he phone ..i said good morning and she just Look at me and doesnt Said anything back . After few min ofwaiting for my coffee i have to remind her for my coffee because she was still on her phone when i was placing the order, sheprepare my order she forget to put honey mustard on my sandwich and my coffe has no sugar at all after i tell her to put creamand sugar.. that is horrible i guess she care more bout her phone than customers .. she is so rude.
