The guy asked how my coffee and donut were, and I said quite good, and that in fact I would go online later and give a five-star... review, so that is what I?m doing! I had gotten a $2 medium iced coffee with caramel and a double chocolate donut. It was justwhat I needed at that time and the price was right! Hit the spot! The hash browns tasted super stale and old - not fresh at all! My iced matcha latte was not stirred - very chunky clumps of... matcha. Basically a ton of ice. I came here yesterday evening with my friend who dosent speak great English. The lady behind the counter ( she was on the heavy... side and wore glasses and was white , just to describe her) She was extremely rude and would not met us purchase anything. I love Dunkin Donuts but this might be the worst Dunkin Donuts I?ve every experienced anywhere ever. They are the closest to... work so Ive tried to order from them multiple times.. I?d say out of the 5 times I?ve ordered from them they didn?t get mycoffee right once. Not once. It?s not a tough order either. Today they gave me the wrong coffee, per usual, and also failed togive me my donut all together. I?m sorry, the word donut is above your door.. how did you miss that one? Five stars because the management was kind enough to hire individuals that are no smarter than the coffee they brew. Stopped in... for coffee and had the pleasure of being served by an individual that consciously has to tell herself when to breath. You know,the rude Hispanic female with the phone piece in her ear, using profanity, and texting. It's fantastic that Dukin' managementwould allow someone of her low caliber to succeed. I would go to another dunkin. We ordered some sandwiches and they were alright. They charge you for a cup of ice water. We were... there at like 1 pm and only 2 people were working there. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting. Read more
