Customer service was absolutely horrible. A nice lady walked to pick up her food that she did not receive and an employee was... being rude to her. Instead of apologizing, the employee kept yelling at the lady. Do they not know proper customer service?? Ihave been here so many times and realized that the young employees are always so ill-mannered and impolite. Read more
I avoided this Dunkin? ever since they gave me an iced coffee so horrible that I physically could not finish it?it may as well... have had the pH of battery acid. I gave them a second chance after they got new management/a remodel, and found things to beonly marginally better. I suggest you walk 5 minutes to the ARC and spend 50 cents more at Starbucks for a coffee that is a)actually what you ordered and b) consumable. Read more
Literally a horrible experience. I rarely give reviews and when I do it is genuinely bad. I can handle a few mishaps because I... know we are all human and can make mistakes. I always ask for a medium iced coffee with cream and "1 pump of vanilla",. Theymessed my order up too many times to deserve forgiveness. They always gave me more than what I expected and it will ALWAYS betoo sweet. I understand there are rush hours during the morning but COME ON!!!!!, It is literally just a regular coffee withcream and 1 pump of vanilla instead of 3. It is so simple even a 5 years old can make it. I would totally give this place anegative star/ no star if I can. If any of y'all want coffee, just order it from the Starbucks further down UIC along Halsted.They have the best service there, employees are nice, and rarely mess up your order. For comparison, Last time I ordered acappuccino there (Starbucks) and they gave me a medium instead of the large I Ordered. To compensate for the mistake they gaveme a med for free, a large for replacement, and also a free 4 dollar gift card. Read more
I don?t come here much because it?s so crowded. Today I ordered a caramel latte and a chocolate glazed donut. Got to my seat... only to realize I was given a regular glazed donut and a blueberry flavored iced coffee, which took a 20 min wait. I?ll stick togetting my DD at Union Station. Read more
I can make a list as to why I've stopped going to this dunkin. For one, I never get a receipt. Ever. Before I can get a chance... to ask the cashier simply tells me my number as she throws it away and takes the next person. Secondly, my coffee is neverright. They either don't put enough of the flavor I want or add extra sugar to make it seem like it's the swirl instead of theflavor shot. When I would order on the go, I see other orders alongside mine and they merely expect for you to know which iswhich and do not assure you get your actual order. Read more
