Awesome service, nice employees, and almost ALWAYS gets my order right. Even during the very busy times this store experiences.... Way better management and trained employees here compared to the starbucks on campus. Read more
Customer service was absolutely horrible. A nice lady walked to pick up her food that she did not receive and an employee was... being rude to her. Instead of apologizing, the employee kept yelling at the lady. Do they not know proper customer service?? Ihave been here so many times and realized that the young employees are always so ill-mannered and impolite. Read more
I avoided this Dunkin? ever since they gave me an iced coffee so horrible that I physically could not finish it?it may as well... have had the pH of battery acid. I gave them a second chance after they got new management/a remodel, and found things to beonly marginally better. I suggest you walk 5 minutes to the ARC and spend 50 cents more at Starbucks for a coffee that is a)actually what you ordered and b) consumable. Read more
